Schlooby has been one of my favourite clients, Not only did he have to have surgery once for IVDD but once recovered went and did it again requiring a second round of surgery. Initially after both surgeries he found it hard to support himself in a stand and his back legs were very weak.
He had a big fighting spirit (I have found this to be the case for most Dachshunds) and with months of graduated exercise in therapy sessions and dedicated homework by his amazing owners he recovered brilliantly, here he is further down the line, enjoying some off lead running!
